21st century leadership learning pathway
Our 21st Century Leadership training walks team, talent and leadership through tracks using Subculture Systems' framework for continuous adaptation and applied Human Centered Design.

Training begins at a broad level to a large number of staff and leadership in 21st Century Leadership 101: Continuous Adaptation, then narrows to the most engaged participants in 201: Applied Design Thinking. Those participants with the greatest capacity for innovative thinking and interest in the work participate in the applied program to move their ideas forward.

Courses can be delivered in person, virtually, or in a hybrid model. Sessions include video content, hands-on activities, resources and instructor office hours. Each course’s outputs and assignments are customized to the needs of the organization and may include identification of potential opportunity areas for further exploration.

21st Century LeaderSHIP 101: CONTINUOUS ADAPTATION
Our 21st Century Leadership training walks staff and leadership through tracks on Subculture Systems' foundational approaches including:

*Applications for Continuous Adaptation
*Discovering individual cognitive abilities
*Understanding how humans think
*Exploring how organizations die or thrive
*Leading people through change
*Scaling new thinking to drive growth and opportunity
*Resetting organizations for resilience and renewability

Training takes place over 6-10 weeks and can be delivered in person, virtually, or in a hybrid model.
WATCH DSA
21st Century Leadership 201: Applied Design THINKING
In this course we take the ideas generated in 21st Century Leadership 101 and apply them to an opportunity area. Through observation, interviews, synthesis, ideation and prototyping, teams move from opportunity to concrete idea ready for execution. By the end of this course, participants will be able to regularly practice HCD, and will also have moved their ideas to the next level. It is possible to structure this training as a stand alone intensive workshop.

INTRODUCTION TO HUMAN CENTERED DESIGN
The concepts behind Human Centered Design are central to Subculture Systems’ approach. This course looks at the underlying principles behind the practice to help groups shift all elements of their work to be customer centered.

We recommend this course as an addition to 21st Century Leadership 101 for groups who may not be familiar with the foundational concepts of Human Centered Design.
